Return & Exchange Policy
Please allow 24-96 hours for your tracking number to become active.
Regarding returns, exchanges, damaged items and any other customer service related issues please contact: email@example.com
When emailing our customer service reps for general contact please do the following:
• State your name & order number
• Your issue or question
• Phone number & email
We do accept exchanges.
**We do not cover shipping fee for exchanges that are not damaged or incorrect.**
To make an exchange please do the following:
• Email us with the subject title of the email stating “exchange”
• Provide name, order number and phone number in email
• Reason for exchange
• Briefly tell us the item you want to exchange and what you want in its place
• Once email is sent expect a reply within 24hrs with further directions
If a product arrives damaged please do the following:
• Send an email titled damaged
• Email us a photo of the damaged goods
• State where the product is damaged
• Please include name, order number and phone number
we will reply to you with a return label and directions on how to make the return or exchange.
**a refund won’t be made for a damaged product unless the item can’t be replaced.**
We will accept returns for a full refund of the item cost as long as it’s within 15 days of delivery date.
**shipping cost will not be refunded**
To make a return please do the following:
• Send an email to us with the title “return”
• State the reason for return
• We will reply and let you know if you qualify for a full refund
• If your refund is accepted, please send item back in its original packaging with invoice
